Jamie's story

Now Jamie's a bit more than 22 months' old. Mum's surprised everyday to see how quickly Jamie grows up, especially in her communication. Hearing footsteps on the stairs this morning, Jamie said, 'that's MinJeong, not daddy' (in Korean, accompanied by noding and shaking head). On another occasion the other day, mum asked Jamie in English, 'Change nappy?'. Jamie answered, 'No~ not yet'. Mum was mused to hear 'not yet', so asked 'Then later?' Jamie answered, 'Y-es'. The one word in mum's mind was 'Wow!'
