Uncle Sam's birthday

Last Tuesday, we drove down to Geelong to celebrate uncle Sam's birthday. Sam and Alex family has been through a huge renovation for the last few months and it hasn't been quite finished yet. Here you can see some electric lines hanging from ceiling and bare windows. Nana drove from Ballarat and Grandad arrived later with Blythe and her son Harrison. The little one in red hat is Harrison. We had a nice dinner and enjoyed delicious cake. Sam and Alex always bake cakes in European style, which mum loves very much.

Our new old house

Hello families and friends, here are some photos of our new house to which we moved a couple of weeks ago. This house was built in 1940s and needs a lot of mending to upgrade to today's standard but has a warm spirit, which we love. We especially love the little front and back gardens. It gives a strange but friendly connection to the previous owner, an old lady, who took care of the garden with much love. Jamie enjoys playing in the garden. She finds birds, butterflies, bees and insects, plays with plants and flowers. The other day mum put a tent where Jamie played for the whole day. Most of all, this is a house we own for the first time!! We'd like you to visit us sometime, anytime. Lots of love from us.
