Great-grandad's 90th birthday

It was Jamie's great-grandad's 90th birthday last thursday. We had a wonderful family gathering in Geelong. Great-grandad drove himself from Mornington, and Nana from Ballarat. Dad's brother Carson flew from Japan with his eldest son, and Robyn from Perth. Other close relatives of great-grandad's came along as well. Here the photos show Great-grandad's in a great health condition, which make us very proud and happy. Dad thinks he's got 'the health gene' from great-grandad. Again Happy Birthday grandad (Jamie, mum and dad all call him grandad). Mum also added a photo of Grandpa (dad's father) and Carson right after Carson's arrival from Japan (Mum saw grandpa's shaved face for the first time. What a surprise.)

Mum and Jamie

Jamie has grown to be a little girl now. She is sensitive, considerate, and quite apologetic at times. Mum thinks she is such a wonderful girl to communicate with. Here, dad captured a scene where both mum and Jamie are much engaged in reading. Jamie's in fact holding a calendar with some interesting pictures.
