Jamie's story

Mum's working two days a week, monday and wednesday. She goes to the University of Melbourne to teach a subject, Cross-Cultural Communication in two classes. She finds it enjoyable but definitely hard. At nights mum logs on to Language Line Service based in England to register for availability and work as a freelance telephone interpreter. Mum says it is very interesting to talk to people on the other side of the world (England and US mostly). The only concern is nights are not relaxing as before and Jamie has to cry looking for her.

Mum bought a little chair for Jamie. Just placing it beside a bookshelf has made Jamie a good work station. Mum's very happy Jamie draws and plays with playdough on it.
